Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us via email at support@tammihome.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

General Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and keep the faulty product until the matter is resolved.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about a product, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note, in case of a return due to change of mind, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@tammihome.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label for defective or damaged products, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for the return postage. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@tammihome.com.
