Welcome to Tammi Home Body & Bath! By using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
When you check the box labelled "I have read and accept the terms and conditions" during the online ordering process, these terms will apply, superseding any other agreements.
1. ORDERING

Orders can be placed online or via email.

Back Orders: Our products are continually in stock. If any items are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will let you know and they will be placed on back order and sent when available. Back orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch.
2. ORDER REQUIREMENTS

The minimum order value is $100.

We accept your order by processing your payment and arranging delivery.
3. PRICES

Prices are in Australian dollars, at wholesale rates, and exclude GST.
4. HANDLE TIME
- Regular Orders: We dispatch regular orders within 3-5 business days of receiving it. However, occasionally delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If such a delay arises, we will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress.
- Custom Orders: For custom orders, the handling time may vary based on the unique requirements and specifications of your request. We will need to discuss the details of your custom order to provide an accurate time frame for dispatch. Please contact us directly at support@tammihome.com to discuss your custom order needs.discuss the details and receive an accurate timeframe.
- Please note that the handling time does not include shipping time.
5. PROPERTY

Goods remain Tammi Home property until fully paid.

The risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery to your address.

Unauthorized use of any material from our website, including product images, constitutes a copyright breach.
6. FREIGHT AND DELIVERY

Freight fees:
Enjoy FREE standard AusPost shipping across Australia on orders exceeding $300.
For orders below $300, a standard AusPost delivery is available for a flat rate of $18.00.

Freight charges will be added when checking out.

We accept pickups upon appoitments in advance.
8. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND CLAIMS

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery receipt to support@tammihome.com.

We handle claims for damaged goods, short deliveries, or pick errors on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Any authorized returns must be returned in their original packaging.
9. PAYMENT TERMS

When ordering, we require payment for the goods in advance for the first order. You are welcome to apply for a 30-day credit account for the following orders.

If payment isn't received on the due date, we may charge interest, and put your account on hold.
